ALS20...

In a typical RV installation, ALS20 has a shedable load such as an electric water heater connected to the shed circuit and a priority load circuit typically used to power on-demand devices such as a microwave oven or toaster. The device on the shed circuit can be delayed temporarily via the ALS20 to allow the on-demand device to operate when needed. The ALS20 also meets the requirements of the NEC to operate more than one thermostatically controlled 120VAC devices. The ALS20 is safety agency listed for RV use in North America.

We are in the process of developing a whole system energy management device to manage multiple loads in a 50 amp service application!
 

ALS20 Electrical Specifications:

Supply Voltage: Unit is suitable for use on a 120VAC 20 amp Branch Circuit only.
Priority Load Rating: 120VAC @ 18 amps AC
Shed Load Rating: 120VAC @ 18 amps AC

At any time the total load reaches 18 amps, the shed load will be automatically disconnected. The shed load will not be reconnected until  total load falls below 6 amps AC for approximately 30 seconds.
